Kraken Auto & Collision Last month I went on vacation with my family to Kissimmee Florida and a family members car had an issue with a speed sensor. I purchased the part at advance auto and scheduled an installation with Mr. Munoz over the phone. I explained to him the situation and Mr. Munoz was very friendly and eager to help me. He told me to bring it in the next day. The next day I drove to Mr. Munoz shop and was greeted by a friend of his and was asked to wait for Mr. Munoz as he will be right with me. The offered me Ice cold water as it was a very humid hot day. Mr. Munoz finally came out and quickly took my vehicle in and started working on it. He installed my part and test drove the vehicle. The issue continued and the vehicle kept stalling. The hub needed to be replaced as well. I know this because I own a shop here in NY. I never said this to Mr. Munoz. He did all the talking and explained the issue that needed to be addressed in order to complete the repair. Mr. Munoz in my opinion is very honest and fair with his prices. He never over sold anything and was up front with everything. I would recommend Mr. Munoz for auto repair and I will be stopping by in the future to at least say hello. Thank you !!!

CARMEN NEGRON My husband took his 2004 Mustang Monday morning for the first time to this shop. The car needed a mayor job done but they were able to accommodate the service and fix it the same day. Really fair prices for sure. I’m glad we found a place that we can trust for future repairs. We Recomended 100%. Update 1.5 years later We just can say good things about this automotive shop their mechanic service is over the top. Diego and his team are the best he is a honest and fair business man. He is our mechanic of our 2 cars and our 3 girls car mechanic as well. We won’t change Diego for no one else. Also you go to his shop and they have a little coffee shop where you can sit and eat a little something and drink coffee or soda. Thank you Diego for all you do for our family Carmen & Juny

Andrew hurst My wife and I just had our car repaired last week before our trip to Orlando. Total was over 900 dollars, but had to get it done. We ended up breaking down from an oil leak once we arrived in Orlando. I searched for neaby mechanics who could possibly evaluate and/or repair it. I found M.R. Auto Tec with a 5 star review and didnt hesitate. Once he looked over the car, he gave me an honest opinion and advice to keep oil in it and keep an eye on it since I need to get it back to the mechanic who owes me a full explanation. Auto Tec stated the parts were still under warranty and he wouldnt want to come that. I truly appreciate and respect the honesty instead of fixing the car and charging me a great deal. I only wish Auto Tec was in my town as I would absolutely take any vehicle to them. Thank you so much for your information, opinion and ideas. Your business is a respectable one.

Josephine Thompson We were in Orlando on vacation, 10 hours from home. The last night of our trip, my battery light came on on the way back to the resort and it was all down hill from there. We purchased a new battery and put it in and the situation did not improve, so we figured it would be the alternator and were very worried about the cost to fix it in order to make it home the next day. It was late so all repair shops were closed. The next morning my husband and I had the vehicle towed from our roadside assistance program. When the tow truck driver picked up the van and my husband, my husband asked the driver if he knew of anywhere to take it that would help us out with the alternator without breaking the bank as we had just spent a lot of money on vacation with all of our kids. The driver brought him here. The owners were fantastic. The service was quick (which was GREATLY appreciated since I was waiting in the lobby of our resort with 5 of our kids as we had to check out first thing that morning). The price was MORE than reasonable and much cheaper than our online research told us it would cost. These people were a godsend in what started out as an extremely frustrating and inconvenient end to our family vacation. Thank you J & G Auto Repairs for being kind, quick and generous!!
