1 /5 Dennise Jean: Hi, I am a former patient of Dr. Demmi & former Published newspaper photographer as of today.. I do NOT’ …recommend going to this dentist office at all …. I I had a teeth cleaning in January with no problems. She was a temporary hygienist today at a scheduled appointment for another cleaning. I was evaluated by Jesse hygienist, who told me that I needed a deep cleaning yet none of this was brought to my attention back in January to prepare for a deep cleaning. I don’t appreciate being told that my insurance will only pay for 1/2 of the mouth to be done and then other half of the mouth to be done. That’s not true. I called my insurance. And was told that my whole mouse could be done at the same time then I was given the reason that well because of the numbing when I had a deep cleaning previously, I had no numbing. I don’t like needles, especially stuck in my gums unnecessarily so I suggested that I just do no numbing and get my mouth done all at once however, then I was told no, we don’t have an appointment time slot for .. I don’t appreciate the way I was handled by the staff and it’s a shame that I’m in charge of my own mouth and I don’t recommend Dr. Demmi staff. Dr. Demmi is a good dentist. I did not want to leave him per se however I was forced to due to the staff and Jesse the hygienist, she should not implement enforcing someone to get a deep cleaning if they don’t want one she should’ve forwarded me to another hygienist and she is my understanding. I asked to view her credentials yet did not get any of that so I found another dentist/orthodontist and I’m very happy that I made this decision… also, I asked for Dr. Demmi or manager to call me back so I could get my medical records yet that was never done so I had to keep calling with the phone, not being answered finally, the fifth attempt someone did answer and I have my Raey sent to me… this office visit today needless to say will stay with me for the rest of my life. I’m glad it’s over and I don’t ever wanna look back at that place. That’s just my experience never had a problem until today with Jesse. & staff… so long Dr. Demmi and good luck with that. Jesse can tell her rehearsed fresh out of school splinter story …all she wants.. She stands corrected.. Oh and I need not mention the fact that you can tell Dr. Demmi was not even in the office during all this commotion and being badgered & being lied to by his staff, I also got my insurance company on the phone, which corrected their lies as well.. Jesse will bring that company down along with the staff that seems to be either under the influence of something, and also there was a pile of garbage in front of the office as well. Js TRUTH ! Let’s see how Dr. Demmi does with his standings this time next year. If Dr. Demmi were in the office that time I’m I wouldn’t have been surrounded by a pack of coyotes and Way I felt. So much I even cried it was absolutely pathetic. I am glad that I have found somebody that is not only a dentist, but an orthodontist as well and I am treated with respect. Just be careful who you let in your mouth I’m happy that things turned out this way because there’s no telling what Jesse may have done to my teeth and I do have a beautiful smile that I would like to keep.
