1 /5 Melissa Shields: Go anywhere else, but here completely wasted my time and they did not feel an ounce of sorry about it. Went in just to get my eyebrows done. First of all this is not even the first time this has happened. They need to manage their time better or at least get back your timing because I went to get my eyebrows done. I asked how long she said just give me 15 minutes. I said OK no worries. I go wait in my car. Come back 15 minutes later. Nobody says a word to me when I walk in and then I’m waiting 10 minutes goes by. I said hi how how long do you think until you guys are available to help me? Oh, she’s waxing somebody right now just wait. OK I wait another 10 minutes. Nothing I go. Hi just wondering you know because I kinda was like in a rush, I could’ve just gone somewhere on my way like I was very much in a rush and she knew that they made me wait there an extra 40 minutes and when I finally asked after waiting for 45 minutes, I said hi I’m sorry could you just please give me an estimated time like you guys first originally told me 15 minutes now we’re going on 45 minutes like I just if I would’ve known that I was gonna be waiting for an hour. I would’ve literally gone somewhere else And it’s like they just get you like that to stay and just waste your time so honestly, please, please please everybody don’t come here
