While my therapist was friendly and professional, several aspects of the session fell short, including pressure consistency, table comfort, hot stone temperature, and missing relaxation touches like an eye covering. As someone who’s had many massages over the years, I can usually gauge when a session meets industry standards—and unfortunately, this one did not. However, I want to acknowledge that Skin Apeel took my feedback seriously. They reached out with genuine professionalism and concern, and I was offered a complimentary session with a more experienced therapist. That follow-up experience was excellent and demonstrated a clear commitment to client satisfaction. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my comfort, and made the entire session feel restorative and personalized.
