1 /5 Réa Mackenzie: went here the evening of Saturday, October 15, 2022 for hard gel extensions. I called ahead to check it wasnt too late for me to come in and get a full set and they said it was ok to come in. By the time I was leaving, I saw the quality of my nails was not good, but I’m not the best at confrontation and held my concerns. I called them the next business morning to explain the situation and try to work with them on a reasonable solution. They offered a partial refund of $35 in cash only, but only if I drive back there. They remembered from our conversation from the day I was there that I live 3 hours away but did not try to be accommodating. $35 would not even cover the cost of the trip there. They told me the only thing I can do is to go in for a partial refund.
I admit, it is on me for not saying something while I was there but I did not feel comfortable with the atmosphere created by the employees, one girl was making rude comments about other(s) the entire time I was there and I was trying to be grateful that they let me in near closing time. But they should not have left me with a $115 set that looks like this. This does not show integrity or professionalism. I did not want to come to media about this issue but I do not want others going through what I did, especially after I tried to resolve this issue with them and having them refuse to be accommodating whatsoever.
