5 /5 Denice Morris: I had the pleasure of visiting Salt & Light thanks to a gift card that was gifted to me and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When I called asking about an extension move up, I spoke to the NEW OWNER, Kayla. She was super sweet and told me she would have one of her extension stylist call me. Later the same day I heard from Erika who took amble time to talk with about my hair, my previous experience at a different salon. She was so patient and kind on the phone I felt extremely comfortable going to see her. I was not disappointed. She listened to everything we talked about again, made sure we were on the same page, with my color and extensions,. She took pride in doing excellent work, all while she talked me through what she was don’t and why. I love my end result and will definitely be going back! Oh and when the new owner came in, she made sure to say Hi and introduce herself and made me felt right at home! I highly recommend!

1 /5 Brittany Woodman: If you need a full root bleach and tone — Do NOT go. I moved here from Las Vegas where I was seeing the same stylist since moving there. She never had an issue doing a bleach and tone to the root on me once we got sorted out a lot of old brunette that was left from a previous stylist. I am disabled and homebound 99% of my time. I only go to the salon about three times a year due to my disability being so unpredictable. My stylist in Las Vegas was always able to make my color even no matter how grown out the root and bleach it fully with zero issues, for half the price of this salon. She also took half the time. I saw Hannah and showed her photos and said no root at all. I could not have been more clear. After about five hours almost she finished me and there was root and some old color. She never mentioned the entire backside of my head had root that was so grown out it looks like she did not touch it. She offered to fix the top root (still no mention the back was worse) and I explained I needed to get home due to my disability and I couldn’t be there any longer. She also said she did not know how my previous stylist got “that close” to my roots. I left and let it go — I don’t go anywhere anyway. When I came home and put my hair up I noticed in the mirror the entire back of my head was not done. I sent videos and photos explaining all I wanted was a partial refund because now it will grow out unevenly and a different stylist will have to fix it. Nobody got back to me. I had to contact Dena the salon owner who did not want to give me any refund but kept insisting I come back to get it fixed. I explained multiple times I live an hour away from them I am disabled it is very hard for me to do outings because of my disability. She just kept insisting Hannah did her best, well I’m sorry but she didn’t do what was requested and openly admitted she didn’t know how. I feel like I was scammed — they present themselves as blonde experts but can’t do a bleach root evenly or in a timely manner. I appreciate the time it took Hannah which is why I only asked for a partial refund and to be able to change my tip amount — Dena refused to allow me to change the tip I gave. And before she comes on here with whatever back and forth comments she wants to make—no this is not normal. My hair stylist in vegas had zero issues accomplishing what I asked for in literally half the time for half the money and she certainly would never tell a client who was unhappy she did her best. Owning up to your mistakes and apologizing goes a long way. I’m so glad I spent what limited funds I have due to medical bills on a hair job that isn’t what I asked for. Good job taking advantage of a disabled person. Nearly $500 for this

5 /5 Kristen Touchberry: I came to Dena four years ago needing a hair correction after a bad experience at another salon. With my wedding approaching, I needed my dream hair, and Dena made it happen! Ive never loved my hair more than I do now, thanks to her expertise and talent. I trust her 100%, and her salon is incredibly welcoming. Ive gotten extensions here, and she truly helped me achieve my dream hair. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and warm. Highly recommend!

The transformation was incredible, and by the time my second appointment came, my hair was still looking great from my first visit with her. Highly recommend this salon!

5 /5 Lily Robinson-Yari: I absolutely love it here! Erika is the BEST!!! I came in for the first time for a hair cut and gloss and she not only took her time to talk with me about what I was looking for, but it came out so perfectly! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
