Fils Steeve “Steeve” I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair, and it turned into a nightmare. Not only did the issue not get fixed properly, but the mechanic also tried to blame the problem on me. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After paying a hefty bill, my car still had the same issue, and I had to take it somewhere else to get it properly diagnosed and repaired. Total waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Patrick McAndrew Outstanding Service at Tire Choice Auto – 5/5 My experience at Tire Choice Auto was exceptional. With a summer road trip coming up, I knew I needed new tires. I started by browsing online to get a sense of pricing and found a price range I was comfortable with from a local competitor. Before heading to the big box store, I decided to stop by a tire shop in my neighborhood—and I’m glad I did. I was greeted by John, who turned out to be both a sales associate and the store manager. Not only did he beat the price I found online, but he also delivered top-notch customer service. Everything was transparent, from the services offered to the pricing. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto for anyone in need of new tires or automotive service. I’ll definitely be returning. 5/5!

Michael B I spoke at length with Jodie at the end of Friday about having a used car that I was considering purchasing being checked out prior to purchase and he stated that for $70 his team would check it out. We ended up speaking further about what type engine/s and make of vehicles were more prone to repair given his experience! We spoke for about 20 minutes and then I told him I would return for an inspection on Monday. I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, Sherry, explained to her the above discussion with Jodie and she put my pertinent information into their computer system and I waited in a very comfortable waiting area. A soda machine was available and complimentary coffee was provided. There was a very friendly cat, and I believe its smaller twin or offspring wandering about and happily enjoyed petting from anyone! My vehicle was reviewed and Russell, my mechanic took me back to the interior of the shop and explained to me that after his test drive he suggested a front wheel alignment and stated the front brake pads needed to be replaced. Final answer: My question as to whether to buy the car or not was answered as “Absolutely!” When Russell told me I could drive it out I told him that I owed the $70 inspection fee. He told me not to worry about it and I thanked him for his opinion and his grace! Bottom line, I was referred to this repair facility by friends who have used Elite Automotive for years. It was a pleasant experience and based on my friends opinions and internet reviews, Elite Automotive is trustworthy, has great customer service and fair and reasonable pricing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND one check them out if you want to avoid the high cost of some dealerships repairs and are looking for options!

Jiggy Lowgo This review is way overdue but well deserved. I brought my classic Cadillac to Main St Harrells Automotive in 2023. I was having fuel injections problems and their mechanic suggested that I convert the fuel injection to a carburetor. They took all that old FI crap out and replaced it with a Edelbrock carburetor. Not only does the car run a lot better the engine is relieved of all that excess FI crap and the engine looks way better. They did a great job! NOT SURE WHY BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TO DO A 2ND SEPERATE REVIEW, SO IM ADDING A PART 2. August 2024 I took my Cadillac to a un-named local repair shop to have a new AC installed. After the mechanic installed the AC and charged the system it appeared to be working fine but as I was driving home the AC quit and I smelled electrical smoke. I immediately took the car back and he made some adjustment and re-charged the system again, and once again it appeared to be working fine. This time as I was driving home the AC quit again and there was actual smoke coming from under my hood. The AC clutch ceased up. Again I immediately turned around and went back to this shop. The mechanic put the blame on the AC compressor, he said the compressor was faulty. This clown would not refund me for the part nor the labor. Expensive lesson learned! So the next time I had my AC installed I decided to call the experts at Harrells Main St Auto. I dropped my Cadillac off and they thoroughly check over the AC system, installed the compressor, charged it up and had is running by the next day. I picked it up and drove it from Lakeland to Tampa and the AC was nice and cool the whole time. I dont know why I didnt go to Harrell in the first place. Great job again guys!

Kenneth Cody Autosauce has been nothing short of great. They treat everyone like family providing a very comfortable and informative experience. I have had multiple projects completed by them such as oil changes, supercharger maintenance, coolant system upgrades, exhaust work and dyno tunning. They are my performance shop of choice when it comes to my highly customized show car. They are great about responding to text messages and always get me in within a day or two of inquiring about an appointment. There is nothing they can’t handle. And the best thing of all is they educate you if you are interested in the work they are performing. They also allow you to check on your vehicle when working on it should you have a question. I give them 5 stars because that is all google will allow me to give. Check them out for sure.

Jason Francis Needed a power steering pump put on my Suburban. Called him up and he told me to bring it in the next day. Told me it might take a day or two. Called me back later the same day and he was done. Great service, very friendly and trustworthy! I will absolutely be taking my vehicles back here when I need something done that I can’t do. It’s great to find someone local you can trust and support the local shops.
