Lisa Kelly Good old fashioned customer service. The kind we can only dream about now. They answer the phone quickly and call you back promptly. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I came in on a Monday for an estimate for a muffler. They looked at it right away and gave me estimate. They ordered the parts and they came in on Thursday morning. I took it in and they fixed it right then. My muffler and pipes were very rusted but they were very professional, knew what they were doing and did a great job.

Once everything arrived, they got the job done right. The quality of the repair was excellent — my car looks and drives like new again. What really stood out is that even after the repairs were finished, they’ve still been helpful and responsive with any follow-up questions or small adjustments. Mike is a good hearted guy , and will go to end of the earth to make sure his work is perfectly done. I am a 24 year old female & never tried to get over on me he treats me like one if his own.
