1 /5 Aahana Bernard: Unreliable! I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I found the salon online and initially tried to call them. When my call was ringing, nobody picked up, but someone sent me a message from the other end. If you can send a message, why can’t you pick up the call??? Anyway, I responded back on the text message saying that I needed my nails done for Christmas, but I had a few questions since this was my very first time getting nails done. She said that she would call me back as soon as possible, but never got a callback. The next day, I sent her a message again trying to reach out one more time from my end. This time, no response to my message either. I’m surprised that people have left five star reviews while I had a completely opposite experience; where in, the business completely ignored me. This makes me genuinely question the reviews left. If you cannot service, the least you can do is let me know. I do not recommend this place. If you want to get your nails done for a special occasion, don’t rely on this saloon, as you might not get any service at all. Disappointed!

The communication was excellent from the start, and she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted. Her workspace is spotless and well-maintained, showing how much she values hygiene. The quality of her work is top notch, and my nails have never looked better. If youre looking for a nail tech who combines skill with a clean and comfortable environment, I highly recommend Plain Jane Beauty. Ive already scheduled my next appointment!
