5 /5 Diviana Salazar: I have to say that this place exceeded my expectation. Dr Kelly is such a sweet person she was super gentle while doing the cleaning, I didn’t have any type of pain during or after. I do recommend this place 100/10. I’m super happy I found them.

1 /5 Ofe Marie: Google should invents on allowing the consumers the ability to give establishment less than One star. If you’re looking for a dental office as a new patient, do yourself a favor do not go to Palm dental. The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk staff, including the Manager is unreal. Careless about your time, while you may take a day off to go see the dentist they canceled your appointment and gives it to someone else because you didn’t answer the phone call to confirm. You can’t be at work or busy you need to answer the phone call to confirm. . All while you have confirmed the appointment via text as this is not sufficient confirmation for this office. I guess we need to be waiting for their call 24/7 as this may be sufficient Enough for a confirmation status. I know I’m only the one person, as you didn’t care to accommodate me after you gave my appt to someone else because I guess your money was more important than my time. Do better, this is not what great service looks, specially making a long lasting impression.

5 /5 Yanira Arteaga: I seriously can’t say enough good things about Palm Dental Center—especially Dr. Echemendia! The whole team is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Echemendia is awesome—super professional, patient, and just really great at what he does. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!
