Anthony provided exceptional customer service—he was professional, attentive, and thoroughly explained the necessary services in a clear and considerate manner. I visited with my two sons, one of whom is autistic and has ADHD, and Anthony showed great empathy and understanding toward our situation. Thanks to his efficiency and thoughtfulness, our entire visit was completed in under an hour. This level of service is truly commendable and something every customer should have the opportunity to experience. Marley I had an amazing experience at Palm Bay Collision Repair!! As a woman, I’ve unfortunately gotten used to being talked down to at repair shops, like I don’t know anything about cars— but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Mike, the manager, personally helped me and treated me with total respect. He was super nice and even went out of his way to buff my headlights, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff was just as great too! Friendly, honest, and really accommodating. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that truly values its customers and doesn’t just want your money. Plus, my car looks great. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know :)

Best service and pricing in town but most importantly youll get what you need to do on your car, they will not include unnecessary add-ons unlike most of the other places. Not to mention their cordiality and eagerness to help you with your auto issues, very easy to communicate and to get the work done. As a result, I have sent many of my friends to them and were equally satisfied with the service.
