1 /5 Katherine Bernier: This is a picture of what I wanted versus what I got. I feel like I should’ve been told that they were unable to achieve this style instead of attempting anyways and making my nails look like this. I would’ve gladly picked a different style. I’m very disappointed especially because I paid $66 for this. I understand it was a different style which may have needed more experience but please let the customers know if you can’t do something and I’m sure most people would not be upset and would actually prefer honesty.

1 /5 Claudia Rodney: Ive been coming here for years and always satisfied with the gel Pedicures. I received a very bad gel pedicure. Literally like a child did the work. I called complained sent pictures to the owner. Never heard back. Very disappointed. After being a loyal client for many years. I will never return and I will ensure to post the pictures of the $47 I paid for. Note: Photos also have been added to their website so you can see the work they did on my toes. Pretty bad! A picture is worth a thousand words.

5 /5 Chloe Rangel: April the nail tech did a wonderful job. Was very attentive to detail, and soooo welcoming! We didn’t stop talking the entire time and I loved how kind and warming she was. Very good experience will be going back and making sure I have April again (:

1 /5 Pam: Made an appointment on Sunday for Monday at 5pm at the Gateway location for a french manicure with tips. There was a hand display in the store I really liked and asked if I could have that. Unfortunately, the person doing the job was not specialized in that nail type. The nexigen was not applied well: they were too thick. The nail art was not done well at all. The diaganol white tips were not drawn evenly, the designs were not matching nor were they good at all. Worse, the nexgen powder covered my cuticles and was on my finger skin. I spoke up several times but it became clear the tech was not skilled in this technique at all. I am disappointed in the (owner/manager??) Who insisted the style could be recreated even when the nail tech made a negative facial expression when the hand model was shown to her. I have several photos but this is not allowing me to add photos

5 /5 Beth Speckman, DC: I have been going to Oxygenix for 5 years. April has been awesome. Her manicures and pedicures make you feel relaxed and refreshed. I look forward to seeing her every time.
