5 /5 MX XW: Excellent team at Old Dixie Automotive. Organized, fair priced, staff is attentive, professional, honest, provide quality work and incredible communication. Needed a stud drilled out and a windshield washer reservoir and pump replaced. Spoke over the phone back and forth to coordinate drop off pick up and work to be done with no problems! They called to inform me on a broken fluid line and even checked and found low oil from a recent oil change (three days prior at Mavis) and didnt charge extra to top it off!!! Had great third party recommendations for dent repair and wheel well stud inserts. I am so impressed, I will definitely be going back for all my needs. Thank you guys!!!!

1 /5 kyle holbrook: First off let me just say I was an ase certified mechanic in the army. I tried to tell the mechanics here the issue with a power drain and they kinda just brushed it off. And the main issue I wanted fixed they just completely ignored. Then I left the vehicle with them they said it needed a tail light a valve cover gasket, a general tune up and that the radio was the thing causing my power drain I told them no its not its just adding to it because it still happens when I disconnect the radio and that the tail light didnt need to be replaced but I thought that that may be where my power drain was coming from. Because it goes on and off so they argued with me till I just said whatever go ahead. Long story short they disconnected my $1,000 sound system disconnected. The switches in my doors didnt put any of it back together. The tail light still doesnt work. The power drain was still there and it still leaks oil.......so unless you 1000% know what the issue is and they can tell you theyll guarantee to fix it I wouldnt go here. They are taking advantage of the veteran group that is giving them money to work on disabled veterans vehicles. Btw it was my catalytic converter and sensors causing everything. Edit to address the response. There was no parameters set out by veterans council except a price limit which I told them I had another $3,000 if they could figure out what was wrong so theres no excuse. Yes, I forgot to mention they successfully replaced the blower motor in my AC which is the only successful thing they did to my vehicle. My bad.......lol. every other problem they tried to fix was misdiagnosed and ended up just wasting money theres also no excuse for disconnecting a bunch of stuff without running it by me and then on top of that never putting it back together

5 /5 Sam gilmore: Excellent service honest and reliable. Took my old truck to old Dixie auto for repairs and they did an excellent job on the work. Also had an A/C issue, my low pressure switch was bad instead of a major issue. Couldn’t be more pleased with them. Would highly recommend
