5 /5 Jen Farnham: I have gone here for years and Norma Sherry has become a dear friend. I recently made the mistake of dying my own hair and ruining it. I traveled from Atlanta as Dwayne was the only stylist I trusted to fix it. He worked magic restoring my hair. I also got my mom to switch over to Dwayne after going for decades to another salon. This spa/salon has everything from talented hair stylists to wonderful esthetic services. There is love and talent here and it’s simply the best in the St.Augustine/Jacksonville area.

I went out on a limb and got “gellie” nails- similar to the acrylics I had before but much longer lasting and much less damaging. They are BEAUTIFUL. They’ve lasted far longer than I anticipated and I felt that Gabbi really listened to what I asked for and constantly checked in to make sure I was having a pleasant experience. I have recommended numerous friends to her and am so impressed by her artistry, kindness, and overall “customer service” everyone was so friendly to me, especially Nicole and Jayne! 5 /5 Ileona Lay: I had a wash, haircut, and style with Dwayne. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and he told me how we could achieve what I was looking for. He went above and beyond, I am so pleased with how my hair turned out. He was an excellent conversationalist as well! I had the hydro facial with Nicole. It was incredibly relaxing and all of my concerns were addressed. My skin feels wonderful! I love how eclectic the spa is. It is warm and cozy. The owner Norma is the absolute sweetest. She made me feel like a VIP! I cant wait to go back!

5 /5 Dana Clark: Amazing facial. Nicole is fantastic, and you can tell she is passionate about her work. The massage was amazing, too. Jane found my tender spots and worked miracles on my ole beat-up body. Dwight is colorist extraordinary and gave me the best cut for my features and lifestyle and lifted my drab color to a shimmer! Loving this place and the people. They care.
