5 /5 Cecile Freemond-Brown: This was my first visit to Mount Sinai with my new primary care physician. Dr. Christine Sawyer is genuine and she listens to your concerns etc.. Her nurse Geri is very professional as well. I feel confident in the care I will receive in the future here.

As transplanted "Northerners", we were concerned about finding skilled primary health care in the Keys. We have absolutely found it here. (Their specialists - cardio and urology - are excellent, as well.)

5 /5 Hela Emanuel-Sidman: Big thank you to Leah Latorre for her kindness and great customer service. My father has had a lot of back pain for years. He was worried that his surgery was not going to be scheduled. She made sure to get his records faxed and his appointment scheduled this month. She went above and beyond to reassure him that everything will be okay. Although I know she was just doing her job, I know that it meant a lot to him. She was patient, kind and very understanding. This truly goes a long way and it meant so much to him. Thank you for being human.

5 /5 Edward Sadlon: Could not have asked for anything more from a clinic as a visiting tourist. Saw me quickly, paperwork was reasonable, and all personnel from check-in to check-out were terrific. I was especially impressed with the diligence of Nurse Jerri (sp?) and Dr. Reed. They listened to me, researched and probed about my medical history before making a diagnosis. Although it is likely my only visit to the facility, I will recommend to any friends who may be coming to Key West.
