5 /5 Jennifer M.: I recently had my hair cut and colored by Trinity at MOSS and I am extremely satisfied. Trinity took her time to listen to what I was looking for. At no point did I feel rushed through my appointment. Trinity took her time to color match my dark roots and she did a multi step process on my entire head to color correct brassy blondes. She is genuine and was kind and easy to talk to. She is an artist and amazing at her craft. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional and qualified hair stylist.

She is friendly, professional and paid attention to detail. All of the other staff members I met were very friendly also. I want to go back just to hang out! I am so happy to have found MOSS! I highly recommend it!!!

I asked for the best stylist when I went online it listed the stylist as silver, gold, platinum, etc. after speaking back-and-forth with the stylist days the person canceled the appointment when I said, why am I paying full price for a beginning stylist, it was going to be around $300 service And at the last minute they canceled saying I better go to a different place obviously they don’t know the color color and if you question them, they don’t like it. They ask you to put a credit card on file in case you cancel your appointment at the time you make your appointment I never heard of such a thing in all my life, do yourself a favor stay away from this place you can color and cut my hair. You should be selling vegetables on the side of the road. Poor customer service. The salon manager needs to look deeply into this because their service stinks.
