5 /5 Morgan Parker: I HIGHLY recommend this mechanic shop, specifically Joseph. My sister has gotten work on her car from them and raved about their excellent service, so I had to check them out, too. I went in to have a front wheel bearing replaced. I was literally in and out—I think I was only in there 1–1.5hrs and that time flew by. This mechanic is conveniently located near my house! The communication with Joseph and the other mechanics was also on point. He was very prompt and helpful with answering my questions. The price he quoted was the price I paid (but since I appreciated their service, I did tip and I recommend others to do so as well). The price was very affordable (I’m a recent graduate and just getting into my career)! I will be using their services from now on! It’s great having a local mechanic who is not only efficient and affordable, but also exemplifies excellent customer service. Thank you, Joseph for working on my car and providing such wonderful customer service!
