Massage Envy - Palm Coast (FL)

2 /5 Kyle 3: Bought a 3 massage package. The first two were great, but the last masseuse I had seemed to lack experience and seemed to be making the massage up as she went. There were parts she didn’t even go over and would do something on one side and completely skip the other. Waste of $95. Also it’s supposed to be a 60 minute massage but it’s only 50 minutes. There was no attempt by the front desk to rectify the situation at all. If I’m gonna get a bad massage, can I at least get good customer service!

5 /5 Nancy Rowland: After having online registration issues, I called, booked, received a 90-minute massage, joined as a member - all yesterday. Considerate, caring staff. I’m new to the area and they were so understanding when I miscalculated weather & traffic, making me late. Anthony gave me one of the best therapeutic massages that I’ve ever had. He is intuitive and a skilled therapist. I’ve been reluctant to join ME chain; but, the staff at Palm Coast location sealed the deal. I’m looking forward to my next service!

2 /5 Felecia G: I’m actually disappointed in this place. I went in to book a surprise massage for my husband for an anniversary present. The lady that helped me book the appointment awesome! But I didn’t get her name. Now the lady that did my husband’s massage was, according to my husband was “way too much”. Too much talking, too personal with questions about things she really shouldn’t have been asking in my opinion. My husband couldn’t even enjoy a relaxing massage without this Gina lady talking his ear off. I was extremely disappointed in this. I’m not sure but to me a massage should be clam, quiet and relaxing. Not asking about someone’s personal life and commenting on what all his tattoos mean. My husband was super disappointed and just wanted to relax. He said she did more talking than massaging. And he felt like he didn’t get a good massage, mediocre light pressure because she kept stopping to talk and my husband didn’t know what to say. Be more professional. Never going there again.

1 /5 BM BM: Therapists are great but way too overpriced. Hand and stone starts at $69 for a massage or facial. Thats still cheaper than when you commit to a 12 month membership here at Massage Envy. Definitely not worth it. Staff is always friendly at check in and out but the bummer is that its never the same employee twice. There is no consistency and has a huge revolving door.

1 /5 Tammaye Grissom: The people are great but corporate policies are designed to take your money and keep it. I was having trouble using up my credits due to work but finally caught up and then - because I canceled one day late - another month renewed. I scheduled one more service and had to reschedule due to work. Did I get any notice when I rescheduled or any courtesy emails or calls that my credit was going to expire? Not til the day before my rescheduled appointment. Oh looks like your credit expired two weeks ago! We keep your money and you get nothing. Support your local small business instead of corporate greed.
