1 /5 Shelby Gonzalez: I usually don’t like to complain, but I went and got a pedicure. I was originally supposed to get a full set and pedicure. I left after the pedicure. The young lady who did my pedicure cut my toes with the drill three times, I told her I didn’t want my toenails cut with a toenail clipper, just filed. She filed my right, then cut my left. I did french on my toes and every toe was different, some looked square and some rounded. She never took the time to rub my feet or legs, probably spent 30 seconds on each. I don’t mind paying ANY price, but there was zero quality in the work that was done. I left extremely upset, and will not be returning.

1 /5 KennyBoy 305: The location itself is fine, but there are two women there who were openly disrespectful. They were talking negatively about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand because I’m Black. Spanish isn’t a difficult language to understand, and I caught every word. I chose not to confront them at the time, but I won’t be returning. I’ll also be sharing my experience through reviews and ensuring neither I, my family, nor my friends—about 20 people in total—patronize this place again. And, to be honest, the lady was not a good tech. She cut me twice while trying to cut my cuticles.

5 /5 wendy vancini: Best nails in Ocala! Been going to Kelly for years, my nails stay on for weeeeks!!! Everyone in the salon is very nice, both Kelly and Haliea are amazing nail artist! They are closed Sundays, just FYI. I’ve went to other places while in a pinch and came home so disappointed. Nothing compares to magic nails!
