5 /5 Niloofar Hubrich: So many things stood out for me about my first visit here: Great phone communication and reminder service via text. When I got there, since their new location is in a residential neighborhood, the owner was standing outside to welcome me and help me know where to park. This is family owned and their sweet, wonderful daughter listened to what I wanted, asked questions like she cared and really took extra time to try to resolve my color issue. The salon is nice and clean and very welcoming. Conversation was great and I have to say, the color turned out in a way that I have never had it done this perfect before. Never have I had a root touch up where there is not a line for about a week or so until everything blends in and this time, you could not even tell. The biggest point for me is there was no up sell. She did what I asked of her and she even talked me out of a hair trim that I really didnt need, but thought maybe I should have. This simple act, for me, tells me that they are honest and here to do the right thing. I am so happy I found them and will be returning, FOR SURE. Thank you for your wonderful service.
