2 /5 Becky Branham Colon: Unfortunately I can’t give a great review because I didn’t receive service. I had an appointment at 9:30. Signed in and sat down. Hostesses comes to the front, looks at the sign in sheet and sends someone back for a pedicure. She doesn’t acknowledge me at all. I waited. Another customer comes in and is sent directly back to the pedicure area. Still doesn’t acknowledge me and walks away. All the chairs are full. I left.

4 /5 Brookie: I honestly loved this place my dad is friends with the owner and I got 2 pedicures and a manicure acrylic set. The pedicure was a little expensive but worth it and my acrylics are amazing and cheap, although I feel like the lady could’ve payed more attention. She was calling somone on her personal phone while doing my acrylics, and most of them are lumpy in some areas. Again loved the service but could use some more focus and time. (I feel like she rushed on my acrylics) I had two different people for my nails than for my toes but they turned out amazing. The first two are hand the last is feet.. EDIT/ Ok its about 3 days later and the nails started literally popping off a day or two ago and i wasn’t even being rough, and the acrylic polish wasn’t all the way to my cuticles. The toe polish is still decently ok but I’m still upset about my acrylics

1 /5 haley jondle: Terrible customer service, the nail techs do not listen to what you ask for. I told the nail tech that they were too thick and her response was she was not finished but never changed it. Once I complained to the lady at the front my nail tech said I did not tell her anything and that she would just take off my nails and I could leave!! I have been going here since they opened but they just keeping getting worse and rude. There is gel and acrylic left under my nails!
