Nicole Ponder A beautiful mix of Word and Spirit is examined here. Different voices, different viewpoints , and questions are welcome. It’s might take a bit of time to get Plugged in but if you stick it out there is truly a loving community who have given their allegiance to king Jesus. If you’re hoping for a simple fluffy 3 point sermon and flashy fancy lights, this may not be the place for you- however, if you want solid biblical teaching (that challenges and stretches you) come on!! As a spirit led church- City Beautiful Church has deep roots and values that cover everything from faith to creativity and all in between.

Yolanda This is an update to my original review to reflect the positive changes with our new pastor Father Andrews who has brought an injection of enthusiasm and homilies that sink in. His final blessing- chanted- leaves you wanting more.This is a small church located in the midst of a community that has been faithful to its catholic roots since the 50s. Tucked in between Semoran Boulevard and Colonial High School it has a welcoming spirit and a strong sense of togetherness. Even though based on my residence I should attend a different and way much larger and fancier church in the Winter Park area, I chose Good Shepherd because of the smaller building and community feeling I experienced during a visit. Several masses on Saturday, Sunday and weekdays and a dynamic Latino and Filipino communities.As a returning Catholic who has come back to her roots willingly and joyfully, this will be my church for years to come because here people gather and worship in love and unity.

April Braggs My daughter got married here this past Saturday and it was beautiful. The building is clean and well kept. The grounds were transformed into a magical fairyland with lights and votive candles. The members of the church are so accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful day.

Leda Carvallo Sanctuary Church in Orlando has been our Church for 5 years. My husband and I consider Sanctuary Church our spiritual home, with the people genuinely coming together as a congregation and to help with community outreach. Come visit us and we will welcome you with Gods love!

Terry Without a doubt I HIGHLY recommend First Baptist Orlando. I once wrestled with feeling alone and being unworthy. I was on the outside looking in; feeling and believing that me and my sin did not fit in. Since then, I have experienced Gods Sacrificial Love, and His Amazing Grace at First Baptist Orlando. Being part of one of the many Life Groups there has given me the opportunity to build strong and meaningful friendships. We now experience the joy, and mutual support of doing life together. So, I can now say with all assuredness that First Orlando Baptist is Home to me: the place that I long to return to, again, and again!
