4 /5 Ms. Vincent: Updated review: I was called by the owner who apologized for my experience and offered to correct the problem and hoped that I would return to the salon. I truly appreciate a company who cares about customer feedback. I did my nails with Lyn and she did an amazing job. Original 2 star review: This was my first time at Lamia. I showed the young lady at the front desk the design I wanted and asked for someone who was capable. I got a basic pedicure with gel polish. That experience was fine. My nails… this is the reason for my review of 2 stars. Once again. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the only thing I changed was the shape of the nails. I chose Gelx bc I got a coffin shape and a lot of people have a difficult time shaping with acrylic. Medium length. The gap between 7 of my nails and the gelx extension is unbelievable. This is how people get fungus on their nail. When the water is trapped. The lady could not do the half flower design with 4 petals. Instead it looks like the foot of a chicken. And she didn’t put any of the other designs that were in the picture. If I had the time, I would’ve taken them off and left with my nails not done. Next time, if you don’t have someone who can do the work, then just say so. I would’ve respected that more than wasting $120 on my nails. The reason I gave two stars was bc she didn’t mess up my pedicure. The pictures below: the first one is what I asked for. The other two pictures: what I got. Looks nothing like flower petals to me.

5 /5 Estrella M: I had an amazing experience! The salon is brand new, and everything was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. I had the pleasure of having my nails done by Lyn, who was not only incredibly talented but also so kind and welcoming. She paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. My nails turned out absolutely perfect! Lyn is an incredible nail artist who does beautiful, intricate designs. I’ve added photos of her work because her creativity and skill deserve to be seen. If you’re looking for someone who can bring your nail design ideas to life, Lyn is the one to see! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional experience. 5 /5 Michelle Perez: Had a wonderful experience at Lamia Nail spa. I booked a last minute appointment for gel builder nails and a gel deluxe pedicure with Lynn. She was great. Very relaxing pedicure. The prices were fair and the salon was super clean. They also take walk ins which is great. I will be returning!

1 /5 Alexa: Walked into this salon at 11:20. I asked if they had time for a pedicure to which the front desk replied, “Yes, there is just one person in front of you.” So i sat down. The girl in front of me was taken 5 minutes later. 20 minutes after, i stood up and asked how much longer. The front desk told me 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes later, still no appointment. I stood up again and asked, now i was told that they won’t be finishing for another 10 minutes. I waited a total of 50 minutes before being called back for my pedicure. You should be educating your staff on how long wait times are for appointments instead of saying you have time and making people wait almost an hour. I would have just left and tried another location if i knew the wait would be this long. No one asked me if i wanted anything to drink but other people are being asked. Front desk needs to be trained on attitude and guest satisfaction. Pedicure felt rushed and mediocre at best. Won’t be coming back.
