1 /5 Allie Uhl: HORRIBLE experience. I came here yesterday for a color change and a fill.. The lady used white acrylic which was not necessary/ I’ve never had white acrylic. I also wanted a dark color so on top of the white the color was not coming out dark at all. So she took it upon herself to do a blue underlayer (I was getting dark green nails) and then do the green on top. She did not fully cover the blue and it was showing at my cuticles and when I asked her several times to fix and cover it, she refused, saying that “she can’t bring the color back any further or it would damage my cuticle”……..wtf… I’ve never heard such a thing. Not only that, but one of my nails was a completely different shape than the rest and again, she wouldn’t fix it. Also, my nails were different lengths because she didn’t even measure. The whole time we were there the guy was repeatedly asking us if we wanted to get a pedicure and like pressuring us to change our minds. We told him at least three times that we just had pedicures last week and we were good. Don’t waste your time or money here. I went to Polished today to get them fixed because I hated them that much. Should have gone there in the first place. Polished is 10/10 the best.
