I usually have a decent time every time I’ve been there, but today was very upsetting. I came in and showed the man a picture of exactly what I wanted and throughout the whole experience I had to remind him and show him the picture again and again, and it was like he was getting very irritated. He then started rushing, and my nails are extremely thick with the acrylics. The left sides are thicker than the right sides of my nails. There is white paint down my fingers. I feel like I just wasted $70 and it’s very upsetting because I’ll have to get them redone anyway. The picture I showed had a design on two fingers and he decided that it would look better with a frenchtip and that is not what I asked for so I told him to forget the design altogether. I had already spoken up several times about it not being what I wanted and I was almost there for over two hours and was not happy that I paid for it anyway. I could tell he knew I was upset and I never should’ve been charged for something I never asked for that is not good work.
