JC Nails (JC Spa Nails) - Miami (FL)

1 /5 Sindy Morales: Had a horrible experience at this salon. I wanted a simple set with French tips and was serviced by Jenny, the manicurist who left me with the worst manicure OF MY LIFE. I was cut 5 different times, my nails were different sizes, and she left me with nothing but product and acrylic power on the corners of my fingers and under my nails. To make things worse, when I went back inside to tell her I was dissatisfied with my service and would like it to be fixed she started insulting me and saying I’m “acting like a 5 year old” because “she’s done nails for 20 years and has never had someone dislike her services.” I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Attached are the pictures that show how bad the gunk and residue left on my nails were. All the cuts in the pictures on and around my nails were caused by this manicurist. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I was so disappointed I didn’t even stay to get my pedicure.

1 /5 Daisy Martinez: My experience here was horrible, I had an appointment they didn’t have no one to do my nails so there was a girl that finished with someone she needed to go home and she was forced to do my nails through that time she said no someone else can do them. She kept saying no and no that the other lady will come. I think it was rude and unprofessional, she was doing my feet and as soon as the other lady came in she got up and told the lady to do my nails when she was already doing mine…I still had to pay full price for this inconvenience and on top of that the quality of how my nail came out was horrible was not what I wanted she rushed into doing my hands and feet she only did 1 layer on nail polish on my hands and Cindy had to fix them…these people just wanna take your money and not care about how the workers treat you…I payed 40 hands and 40 feet not even a discount for the inconvenience….not coming back again.

2 /5 Polina Calderon: I came with my friend and one lady took her in and began to do her nails while I had to wait about an hour to get started on mine because there weren’t enough staff, and when she finally took me in, she was rushing my nails the whole time and even messed up the design. I felt very rushed when picking the color so I did not get the color I wished for. These were supposed to be a really cute set for Christmas but it was ruined.

4 /5 Lauren Tilley: I went in for a spa pedicure and full set, with an appointment and still spent nearly 3 hours there. I later found out that could have been due to some miscommunication, but from the looks of it a visit here will be a lengthy one. When I did finally get into the chair, I received very quality speedy service on my full set. The pedicure was just OK, it was pretty mediocre/sub par for the price paid and being a "spa" pedicure. Value for price paid - just okay.
