Jax Nails Spa - Jacksonville (FL)

5 /5 Cheryl Martin: The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!

1 /5 Andrea Reed: They are dishonest. I went in for a basic mani and pedi, and the cashier attempted to overcharge me, claiming it was $40 for gel polish, $20 for my hands, and $20 for my feet. I’ve supported their business before, so to see them take advantage of their customers like this is disappointing. If you decide to visit, be sure you’re clear on the pricing upfront, or they’ll inflate your bill and take advantage of you.

5 /5 Naturally Ms. Olmstead: I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but yalllll, the massage I just received with my pedicure was so goood!! When I walked in, everyone spoke and with a smile. I was sat down immediately and my tech took his time and checked in with me throughout the experience. I will be back!
