Aishan Gonaduwa I cut my elbow while on vacation in Miami. The cut is tiny but very deep so the bleeding wouldn’t stop. I went to fastcare and got stitches and received great care immediately.
1 /5 Yuna Lopez: If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother was brought to the emergency room despite telling EMTs that shell be left to suffer due to experience and oh my God. It was such an awful experience.
She suffered for hours with pain. The nurse who drew blood didnt listen to my mother when she told them that her left arm was the good arm to use and decided to draw blood where they wanted. They couldnt find the vein and kept moving the needle around until they had to use the other arm, her good arm. Her arm is badly bruised and swollen at the injection site. They literally hurt her because they couldnt be bothered to listen to her.
Next, the "doctor" came in and refused to give my mother the medication she needed to help her manage the pain, so after 15 minutes, she was in agony again.
Another "doctor" came in to see her, said her CT was normal so she was being discharged despite still being in pain still and told her "I cant give you any more medication, sorry" after only giving her ONE dose that only lasted 15 minutes because both doctors refused to give her the medication she needed despite being told what medication worked and needed.
If you have an emergency, DO NOT come here. The staff will NOT listen to you and do what they want even when you advocate for yourself. They will leave you looking like you got assaulted because they are ruthless when handling patients.
