5 /5 Kelley Davis: Alejandra far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had some hair horror stories so I am always timid going to someone new. She made me feel so comfortable. She’s a true artist, you can tell she loves what she does and it reflects in her work! I love love love my hair. 10/10 experience!

2 /5 Sam: I’ve been here multiple times for a haircut, and while the stylists are always kind and the front desk service is great, I’ve consistently left disappointed. The salon seems to specialize in commercial styles, making accommodating more alternative requests harder. I asked for side swept bangs, which is a straightforward request, but despite showing multiple references and repeatedly asking for adjustments, the final result was not even close to what I asked for. While it didnt look bad by any means, it was not at all like the reference I showed. The rest of the cut was nice, but for $70, I expected more precision and responsiveness. I’ve had better results elsewhere for a lower price. Ultimately, I decided to fix it myself rather than come back for another adjustment.

5 /5 Valerie Montgomery: I made a surprisingly delightful discovery today at Imperial Salon. From the moment I stepped inside the inviting entry, I felt surrounded by beauty…jewelry, a few clothing items, skincare items to name a few…but it was the girls working there who were the most delightful and beautiful! I got a manicure from Mandy. She removed my gel polish, being mindful to protect the integrity of my nails. She was meticulous and I am quite pleased with her professionalism and her skill as a nail tech. I will def be returning! Can’t wait to check out their other services!

2 /5 Derwood Stacknick: The Reception was very welcoming. The massage and massage therapist was amazing. Mani/Pedi was a little disappointing. I guess I just expected to have my fingers soaking in a bowl of warm sudzy water before the Manicure was started. Pedicure was pretty much the same as you get anywhere. Not sure if those two items were Spa worthy. The nail clinician was very friendly

5 /5 Judy: I had a wonderful massage with Juliet. She was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a Customer Service issue a few weeks ago and the manager called me within two days and provided immediate resolution. Imperial is one of my favorite spas. I love the complementary champagne and the delicious cookies, as well as being able to relax in the sauna and steam room before and after services.
