5 /5 Andrea M.: I got the 60 minute therapeutic massage with the Thai Ball add-on and it was amazing! Kim was spot on with getting the tightness out of my muscles. She would make sure that the pressure was just right. Same thing with the Thai balls; she wanted to make sure it wasnt too hot on my skin. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing their muscles worked on. Thank you for such a great experience.

Unfortunately, I went through several months of massive hair fall most likely from increasing thyroid meds. I was totally devastated. Amanda was so sweet and caring. We had a consult for her to see what type of hair extensions would match for my naturally curly hair. Today I left with a beautiful mane of full lovely curls. The hair of dreams. I so needed this mentally.

4 /5 Heather Wright: I love imperial! We visit this spa frequently. We’ve never had a bad massage or experience but I will say I feel like the “spa experience” isn’t what it used to be. I was hoping for a nice relaxing afternoon with massage and sauna but I had to ask for champagne which I feel should be offered and then the sauna wasn’t even on so I had to sit in there for 20 minute for it to barely be warm and then I was running out of time and just left. The front desk said they only turn it on for specific clients or if someone calls and asks… I thought that was odd. I’d say other than that it’s good for just a quick pop in a get a massage and go type of environment now. This wouldn’t stop me from going back but I would have to go somewhere else for a “spa day”

5 /5 mark vincent: My first visit with Jeff at Imperial. He did a great job working with me on the type of haircut I wanted and summarized how he was going to achieve this. He did an excellent job cutting my hair. I was very happy, as was my wife. I can highly recommend Jeff for your haircut needs.
