Shawn Turner Hope Church of Christ is a congregation that firmly stands by and on the word of God. Hope openly acknowledges the fact that no one among us are perfect - so no matter where you are on your journey, ALL are welcome. One week, I came as a visiter. The next, I called this place home.

mariggi lopez My husband and I are from North Jersey but we own a vacation condo in Hallendale Beach. This year we were going to be down her for the Easter holiday and we were eager to find a catholic church nearby so we could attend mass. Luckily, St Matthew is only half a mile away from us so we decided to try it out. We were truly pleasantly surprised. Church was packed! But, there was a large room om the side of the church where chairs were placed so that people could still sit and enjoy mass. The people were so friendly and mass was truly wonderful. We brought our 3 year old and 10 year old and even they had a pleasant experience. We feel lucky to have found St Matthew and will be attendind more often when we are here om the weekends.

Ever since I have been here, I have had a fire for God. I missed church and this church has been welcoming and accepting of my family and I. I am eager to grow with and in the church as well as providing my children the gift of God and ministry.

Javier Montoto My Vietnamese friend recommended me to go here and I see why, this church was very welcoming to me; I’m not Vietnamese but that didn’t matter they still welcomed me with open arms, I’m thankful that I’m able to share Jesus’s presence by attending this church when I have the time to go; I’m hoping in the near future I can attend more masses, it’s a very nice English & Vietnamese church they have. Language shouldn’t stop you in my opinion to learn about god’s words and how amazing his love is.
