Cathy York My husband had stage 4 pancreatic cancer. His pancreatic surgeon Dr. Nassour sent my husband to the Cancer Pavillion for 5 1/2 weeks radiation (in the Unity) therapy. Everyone at Schands went above and beyond to be compationite friendly, kind and helpfull. Dr. Hutchison you are one of the best radiation oncologist In the world. You were extermly kind and so easy to talk too. Thank you to everyone of the health care providers involved in the care of the many cancer patients thank you. Dr.Nassour you are my hero. Boston Leemyers I called to let them know a life saving medication that they prescribed me could not be filled by any pharmacy. They refused to send a note to the doctor so they were aware to stop prescribing this medication unless you are intentionally setting patients up for failure. The nurse said it was my problem not hers & hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Do not waste your time with a facility that only wants your money and has no desire to help you. s

PANDA star Ive been going here for my HRT. They were the only ones that would help me in my case. Im also uninsured, so having appointments and blood tests done free is a tremendous help! I had a situation where I wasnt able to get my meds from Wal-Mart, but the staff stayed on top of it. People will complain about this place but fail to remember that these are med students with doctors and we are able to be seen for free.. Forever gratful dor Equal Access

Anna Maxwell My mother went to ER in Millhopper with a broken hip and was transferred to North Florida Regional Hospital for surgery. We went straight to the 6th floor and was immediately taken care of by a wonderful person Tatiana. She took care of all my mother personal needs. She made my mom very comfortable, did not embarrass her when she was changing her gown, all in all treated us like family. That is priceless. Everyone else was fantastic as well. Very nice and caring. Tatianna, I cant thank you enough for all your help even when I was getting in the way. you deserve a raise Thank you

Brandi B Dr. Monsour and Dr. Yale are the best! Ive been to see them with lots of questions and issues, and they take the time to explain their diagnoses and courses of treatment thoroughly. They have accommodated me when I unexpectedly ran late, staying way past quitting time. Ive been very impressed by and happy with the whole UF Health system!

Jan Schneider Worth the wait. We were rescheduled twice and it took about 9 mounts to get in but very worth the wait for Parkinson’s. Excellent evaluations by physician, speech, OT and PT. Easy access by car and all services are in the same clean and well kept building.

Maggie Murdoch I was seen quickly and felt taken care of by the entire staff. They all seemed to be considerate of my comfort and well-being. Once the decision was made to admit me to the hospital transport did take a very long time (over 2 hours) to arrive.

J.B. Lodge I woke up with a sore, swollen, infected toe And did not know what caused it. The podiatrist, Cindy McDonald, worked me in the very next day. She gently cleaned and treated it and explained to me what it happened. I would highly recommend her.

Damon Erfan Ghetmiri Great medical facility! They have pretty much most of the specialties, primary doctor, labs, and pharmacy! Everyone is super friendly and nice, and they try to accommodate you. The down aide is that it is usually hard to get early appointment times. But, when it’s the day of your appointment, everything is smooth! Really like the MyChart system they use, everything is so organized!
