Back in February, I brought my 2021 Kia Seltos in for a concerning noise from the front end. The team quickly identified that the issue was with the struts. First estimate was around $1100. to start . After MANY hours & hang ups from Carshield Tony was finally able to finish with us only owing $476. & change . Very respectable, responsible, & courteous. Lisa Kelly Good old fashioned customer service. The kind we can only dream about now. They answer the phone quickly and call you back promptly. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I came in on a Monday for an estimate for a muffler. They looked at it right away and gave me estimate. They ordered the parts and they came in on Thursday morning. I took it in and they fixed it right then. My muffler and pipes were very rusted but they were very professional, knew what they were doing and did a great job.
