Elizabeth Bruno I am a patient of Dr. Sousou, who is exceptionally clinically skilled but is also blessed with great interpersonal skills. My hygienist Ms. Mona is also incredibly gifted. She is skilled, kind and an incredible patient educator. I am so impressed with her “ chair side manner” This office is efficient and welcoming. Great job!

Delilah Harrison I have been going here for 4 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Staff are all so sweet and welcoming, the facility is clean, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to help me get the work I need done for teeth in a timeframe and budget I can manage and give me realistic expectations regarding what needs to be urgently done, versus when timing is better for me. All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a wonderful job. Also, the dental plan they have for people with no dental insurance has been HUGE for me the last 4 years, I finally have true dental insurance and will still continue to use them. I have recommended other friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

KENNETH SESSION Great Dental office with friendly staff and warm office environment! Very quick service and attention to details regarding my appointment! All forms were online, so I was about to pre-fill all my information before the visit. The office had all the latest dental equipment which made me feel secure! The cost was a little higher than the average dental office, but the quality was excellent! I would rather pay more for better care and service!

Zale Ive been with Jacksonville Family Dentistry for several years. I have always been very happy with and recommend them. When my former dentist retired and sold his practice, that new office began to feel as though doing more procedures, billing insurance, and making more money was their new path. Then Jacksonville Family Dentistry was recommended to me. It was a return to the standard I was used to; personalized care, professionalism, friendly faces. I have been with them ever since. Just yesterday I had a minor dental emergency and was able to be seen same day. This is why I recommend them, have no plans to leave their practice, and finally post this long overdue review.

Gerald Davis I had a filing come out. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time. Ideal Dental was close by where I live. They were very pleasant and professional. They made it an enjoyable visit. They even helped me understand a tooth sensitivity issue with another tooth. I am very happy to have found them. From the receptionist, to the tech staff, to the dentist, all were very nice. I look forward to going back regularly now.

Susan Wise I had my first visit today with Dr. PRENDI. His assistant Sarah was so wonderful. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It is the first time that I enjoyed going to a dental care office. It was a fun place to be. He explained everything completely. He fixed a broken tooth with a crown all in one visit. His assistant Veronica was also very good. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

marie Pickens Dr. Anderson and her staff are so nice. They make you feel like a family. On my last visit I started having heart palpitations and they were so concerned about me they made sure that I stayed until they were sure I could drive. They wanted to take me but I assured them I was ok! Thanks again to an amazing staff.
