1 /5 Kylie Danae Chase: Went in for a nail fill & one fixed- (The right finger was the one that I had to get a completely new nail on) — As you can see, she Did a totally different shape on the nail and let me leave with the nail a totally different shape I was not happy at all and not impressed at all. The last two times I’ve been here I’ve gotten really great service and everytine I’ve came it was cheaper than what she totaled mine out to be & the service today felt rushed. She wasn’t nice and letting me leave with a completely different shape is insane.. Now I did tip her because she took the time out of her day to do my nails but i am NOT IMPRESSED. So with that being said — if you have one nail missing, and you have a specific shape that you like and want, don’t count on them to be able to do it

1 /5 Tina Moutoux: I came here for the first time. I got dip. I told her I didnt want my nails shorter - and she filed them way down anyway. She didnt seem to understand me. Cut 4 of my fingers. They are not done well at all. The dip covers my cuticle and is on my skin in several areas. I will go back to my regular salon probably next week to have these fixed. Id go tomorrow if there wasnt a hurricane. So disappointing, and to see so many good reviews, I dont understand at all. Maybe my tech was new? Also, not clean, cramped, and the chairs are broken and wobbly. Not to mention uncomfortable to sit in for over an hour.

3 /5 Jourdin Garcia: The staff is very friendly and the salon was clean, but unfortunately the job was mediocre. I got a dip manicure and regular pedicure. The polish for the pedicure was put on well and still had polish on the top of my toe nails. I asked for the dip manicure to be almond shape and I wish the technician would have told me she’s not proficient in this shape. It came out sloppy and I had to ask multiple times to reshape them and make them thinner because they were so thick and uneven. When leaving, overall I was not happy with the look of my toe nails or finger nails. The photos are straight from leaving the salon.
