5 /5 Chelsea Garber: I absolutely love this Dr’s office. I’m battling some pretty major health issues and everyone at this office has been amazing!!! From the moment I walk into the office I am First greeted by the receptionist Who always has a smile on her face and is so accommodating (Especially for my horrible time management and Barely following through with my appointments) I NEVER feel like I’m judged or spoken to like as if I’m an inconvenience. Next I meet with the medical assistant And she always has a smile on her face. She is so thoughtful and caring. Her words of encouragement, do not go unnoticed. Then I either meet with Dr. Olsen or Joanna and both of them have been absolutely AMAZING!!! They actually care and show it by spending time With me, explaining everything to me, and Learning about me. Each time I have met with each of them it has been approximately 45 minutes to an hour that they sit in the room and talk with me. Now a Days physicians give you five minutes of their time before they’re running out of the room, but not them. They genuinely care and I want this office to know that there, kindness, dedication, and concern for my health and well-being Do not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much

1 /5 johnny johnson: The staff is so unprofessional and very rude. We were told to be there by 8:10 for our appointment at 8:15. Did the pre checkin on line. Got there at 8:03 was not greeted and girl behind desk points to the kiosk to check in and I did complete that. For next twenty three minutes at least four more employees came to work I spoke good morning as they came in no response. Another patient came around 8:30 gave his name at desk and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Ten minutes later another patient walks in and gives his name and sits down. Then two females behind desk says who are you I said we checked in on the kiosk. They said no you didnt and I assured them I had. Then instead of them calling us over they start across the reception area saying we didnt do kiosk what was our name for third time. He got so upset cause by then it was going on 9 oclock. And we never saw the Dr just the nurse practitioner. No one should be ignored for an hour and then treated like that. The office never called to find out the problem so I called the next day for results and when they finally called me back they did not want to hear about the problem. Need better staff that actually cares about the patient

5 /5 Susan Kandell: I have my appointments in the Palm Beach Garden office with Dr Garelick. Everybody in this office is friendly and professional. But most important,is the doctor ,and I have had nothing but great care from Dr. Garelick. Hes knowledgeable,patient,and a good listener. Reach out to Dr. Garelick ,with no hesitancy, if you have a gastro issue.

1 /5 Hector Piedra Lugo: I chose Gastrogroup West Palm Beach mainly because of its convenient location near my home, but I deeply regret not checking the reviews first. The level of unprofessionalism here is disappointing. The staff seldom returns my calls, and the doctor is perpetually missing in action, leaving entry-level staff to handle complex customer issues. It’s been three weeks, and I’m still waiting on biopsy results. This place has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking dependable medical care.

1 /5 Lamark Blair: Terrible, I scheduled a procedure months ahead of time based on what was available around Drs vacation. I did my end taking off work and making sure I prepped the days before. I thought it was weird that I hadnt heard anything from what Ive experienced. Most of these places call or remind you ahead of time by a day or 2. I called the morning of the scheduled procedure for them to tell me that I was rescheduled for a week out because the person is out of town and they cant do anything about it. I asked why I hadnt been notified because its a huge inconvenience to lose a day off for work for nothing. The staff member tells me that we must have spoken otherwise she wouldnt have changed it. She says she can tell because it is done in her handwriting.....what? I ask about other Doctors that can do the procedure, and if they have availability, she tells me their policy is not to change patients with doctors....you had no problem changing my date, though? Im going to find another providers office that can be considerate of my time.
