Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center
Michael Celentano My car started overheating Friday night of our vacation and scheduled to drive home Sunday morning. I took it to Tuffys when they opened Saturday morning and they got the problem diagnosed quickly. They close at 4:00 on Saturdays and told me it would be fixed that day then the folks working stayed until 5:30 to ensure I had my car back. It runs like new and I just got back home after a 5 hour drive. Thank you for the great work and amazing customer service!!

Platinum Auto Care & Repair
Chris Rohricht Drove 1300 miles to Florida and a week after we got there the front drivers side brake caliper started sticking. I called them at 8:30 to come in. My appointment was at 10:00 AM. They immediately hoisted my car up, diagnosed the stuck brake caliper and ordered the new caliper and flexible hose. The parts arrived quickly, were installed professionally, the system was bled properly and the vehicle was road tested. All done in 90 minutes! The prices were very competitive and you leave the place feeling you can trust these guys. Excellent work.

Graham Cracker My family has known Lenard for over 35 years. He has been our trusted family mechanic since he started at this shop. I not only recommend him to strangers on the internet, I recommend him to folks I know IRL. He rebuilt his shop after Hurricane Michael, which was important because Bay County lost so many professionals (who simply left the devastated city). Lenard has done work on the vehicles we’ve had over the years, from tune-ups & oil changes to major repairs on engines, radiators, & brakes. You may have to wait to be seen (especially in the summer), but it’s worth it in my experience. [We moved from the panhandle last summer & the loss of Lenard as our mechanic was deeply felt - he had become a family friend over the years. As I’ve told my kids, if you can find a good doctor & a good mechanic, you’re lucky. And we were lucky & blessed to find Lenard in the 1980s.]

Back in February, I brought my 2021 Kia Seltos in for a concerning noise from the front end. The team quickly identified that the issue was with the struts. What really impressed me, though, was their honesty – they recommended I take the car to Kia since it might be covered under warranty. I followed their advice, and sure enough, it was! More recently, I brought my car back in for an oil change and brake service. Once again, the service was excellent. The staff is always professional, thorough, and transparent about the work needed.
