4 /5 Rena Blais: I usually love going to frenchies and typically no matter who I see they always do a great job, not this time. I saw Bella and she did a terrible job. My pedicure was mediocre and my toes still have polish on my skin and my big toe has a chip in it and I’m sure the polish will be off by tomorrow, I just had my toes done yesterday. Not happy!

5 /5 Julian Amy & Aylah Taveras: I had a fantastic experience at Frenchies! Ebony did an incredible job on my nails—she was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Yany took care of my daughter’s nails, and she was so patient and kind throughout the process. My daughter absolutely loved her and was thrilled with how her nails turned out. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend both Ebony and Yany for their exceptional service!

2 /5 Gina: For the price, I don’t feel like I got a great manicure. This is the day I got it done. Cuticles poorly cleaned up. I also got a pedicure and the color I selected didn’t turn out great on and after trying a new color and I still didn’t like, I felt bad wasting the nail techs time so I just asked if there was a price difference if I didn’t do polish. She said yes and then confirmed with the front desk and they said yes as well. When I went to check out there was no price difference. I wish I was told the correct info because then I just would have picked a color if I was paying for the full service.

5 /5 Shannon Stephens: First time here and had a great experience. I do recommend calling to make your appointment if you want nail art/ombre or anything more than just a basic color. I did this because I wanted to experiment with something new and they assigned Andrea to me, who did amazing! I had a few inspiration photos prepared and she helped me come up with the perfect set up nails for my vacation to key West and even designed some little limes. I definitely plan on coming back. Bonus is that they do give a little massage with sentenced lotion and they had a pretty good selection of coffee/tea

1 /5 K C: I wish I could give this salon zero stars—unfortunately, one is the lowest I can go. After six months of regular visits with the technician Bryn, I really wanted to love this place. Initially, everything was fantastic: great service and quality products. But then, things took a nosedive. It all started with the first mishap appointment when I received a text just 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive, letting me know that Bryn was no longer available and I’d be booked with someone else. I thought, "Okay, that happens." But when I arrived, I waited 15 minutes only to find out that the second technician was already booked too! This pattern continued—on several occasions, I got phone calls saying Bryn was unavailable again. Each time, I’d ask to rebook with her, only to learn she was booked out for two weeks. The day of the third mishap appointment, I noticed the appointment vanished from the Frenchies mobile app. I received a called from the salon that morning, they insisted I hadn’t arrived on time. I explained my confusion due to the booking disappearing, but the representative became argumentative and dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner to address the ongoing issues, and she practically told me to take my business elsewhere! I’m not sure if it’s just a problem with this specific technician—who also claims to be the manager—or if it’s a broader staffing issue. What I do know is that this salon does not value its clients’ time and the staff can be downright rude. There are countless high-end nail salons in Tampa that treat their customers with respect and provide excellent service. I ended up choosing this one for its proximity to home, but I’ve learned my lesson. If you want to be treated well and receive premium service, steer clear of this place! Youll leave feeling disrespected and frustrated.
