1 /5 Ulises Torres: Trash… No professionalism .Secondly they can’t even take a simple x-ray. They make you bite down then THEY move the device against your gums causing irritation . I have been to many dentist offices not even in the military would mess up this bad on something so simple like an x-ray. I just told them to stop and walked out then they began to argue with me. It’s my fault for not researching their office enough.

After struggling to find a reliable and honest dentist in the Wesley Chapel, Tampa, and New Tampa area for over 10 years, I finally found a dental office that ticks all the boxes for me. Here are the few main reasons why I highly recommend Family Dental at Wesley Chapel: 1. Honest people with crystal clear pricing. They will provide you a quote before your treatment starts, and only when you agreed on the price, they will conduct the treatment. The team even goes out of their way to find ways to save costs based on my insurance, which I appreciate. 2. Dr. Shilpa Das is an exceptional dentist who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her treatment is always efficient and minimizes discomfort, making sure my experience with Family Dental a pleasant one on every visit. 3. The appointment process is quick and easy, with no long waiting times on hold. I always get an appointment fit best of my time within just a couple minutes of calling in. 4. Minimum to no wait time on the appointment date. The office is appointment only, which means that I am always seen almost immediately upon arrival. The longest wait time I had there was less than 5mins. Whereas some other dentists had me waiting 15mins to 1 hour+ even when I arrived on time! 5. Clean environment with absolute privacy. The clean environment and privacy of the treatment rooms also make the experience more comfortable, and the added bonus of cute animal channels playing in the background helps to distract me during my treatments. Overall, Family Dental at Wesley Chapel is the most honest and comfortable dentist I have ever been. Thank you to Dr. Shilpa Das and the team for providing such a great service!

I am new to Wesley Chapel, FL and had my first dental appointment with Dr. Das this afternoon. I was extremely impressed with the thorough, professional service I received and was well pleased. I am very particular about my dentist and have nothing negative to report. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a great dentistry to schedule your appointment with this office today. Be yourself and let the staff know how you feel and what you expect up front. I already scheduled my next cleaning for next April and intend on encouraging others seeking great service to visit here. I have more than 20 years of service experience and great service is hard to come by these days even when youre paying a ton of money for it. 5 /5 Magda Domagala: Amazing service and office. Everyone is professional, friendly and treat you like family. The service is beyond efficient and excellent work. I have not experienced any wait time at all since Ive started coming here - which is insanely rare anywhere else there is 30+ min wait. Services have been affordable. They have been very patient, understanding and answer all questions as well as provide detailed invoices for treatment and their cost. Highly recommend
