1 /5 Raina Diedrick: The staff is friendly and inviting but my issue is actually mostly about the outcome of my service. The first thing I couldnt wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, Ive been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it wont match not being informed of the additional charge. But thats whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I dont live in the area and I dont have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they havent made it a week and Ill have to spend more money to get them done properly.
