5 /5 Irene S: I have been going to this place for years and have been getting my nails done by Ty for over 15 years. He has exceptional talent and always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone who wants to be fully satisfied with their nails.

1 /5 Brynn Martinez: I went in and Kim did my nails. I tried to describe to her what I wanted, showing her pics, and she said that she didn’t have time. She rushed through my fill, got angry when I told her that I needed one replaced. She literally started telling me that she had another appt coming in, and she wasn’t going to let me mess that up for her. Anytime I opened my mouth to say anything she told me to be quiet and to stop talking. She said she knew what she was doing and she has been doing it for 26 years. The next appt showed up and she said,, “See, now look. I told you.” Like I just ruined her appt with them. She started rushing even more. I didn’t even have time to really look at them. I paid- and of course I still tipped bc I’m not a bad person- she charged me $50 for the fill, and I left her $15 more for tip. Then, I get out to my car and I just kept thinking they looked soooo bad. I called an hour later, and she called me crazy and hung up on me! I tried to call the next day, and pleaded with her to fix them, and she said more mean things, and hung up on me again!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever been treated so poorly by someone like this!! I was in tears, and helpless as to what to even do!! Look how terrible they look!!! Bad Business.

2 /5 J. Rose: I went for a pedicure a few days ago and the tech seemed distracted and got aggressive with the nail file. She cut me in more than one spot. When she used the acetone to get the extra nail polish off, it hurt so bad! Now my toes are sore days after my pedicure. Everything else about this place was wonderful. She really took the time to do the cuticles and apply the polish just right.

5 /5 B: Envy is my go-to nail salon as of a few years ago. Prior to that, I was faithful to a popular salon on Henderson Blvd, but their customer service went way downhill over the years. I made the decision to try a new place, because I wasnt feeling valued as a regular customer. I chose Envy based on reviews and I havent looked back since. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating and the salon is kept very clean. Tai, the owner, does my acrylic/gel nails and hes the best. My manicure of choice is always fairly short, natural-looking nails (just acrylic overlay, no tips), in a solid color, but Ive seen photos of Tais fancy work and hes great at designs and more exotic, long nails too. Hes always helpful with color suggestions if Im looking to veer off from my usual. I always get compliments on my nails. Envy has a great pedicure selection and the awesome ladies on staff always take their time to make sure I enjoy my experience. So happy to have finally found my home in a nail salon again! Always easy to find a parking spot and rarely any wait for any of their services. Ive recommended to so many friends and family in the area.
