Bishop Thomas and family are so kind and compassionate about doing the work of the Lord and feeding the flock. Ive never been to a church that serve me a wholesome meal like what I receive at Open Arms. Im so grateful to God for leading me to Open Arms. TO GOD BE THE GLORY! Michelle Vila This church is solid. The Teachings are sound biblical truths week after week. The pastor is dedicated and committed to teaching chapter by chapter verse by verse. You can see his love and dedication for Christ as he personally greets his church, as he fellowships with us and the way he delivers his message each week! I have attended Calvary Chapel my entire adult life, And this has been the most fulfilling church I’ve attended yet.. Vanessa Morris This church is the best Ive ever attended! I love it here! Everyone is welcoming and friendly :) This is truly a place to call home. I remember walking in the door the first morning I attended. I went in feeling heartbroken and discouraged by previous churches Id been to. I was nervous, yet I knew if I could just step inside even for a few minutes, my life would be changed. So I did, and I can honestly say that Ive never felt more welcome anywhere else. I was greeted with handshakes, hugs, and smiles. And as soon as worship began, I couldnt help but cry. I was completely overtaken by the joy and love of God, that Id never felt prior to coming here. I came in as a stranger, and left feeling like a part of the family :) Definitely check it out!

Misty Bickers I moved to Jax in 2018 and this makes the third church I have attended since moving and it will be the final church I attend because I have found my church home. What an amazing group of people who make you feel welcome, and just like family from your very first visit to your twentieth visit. Pastor Chris is the real deal and isnt afraid to step on toes and preach the truth... the spirit of the Lord of felt in this church... each and every Sunday through praise and worship. After we came a few times we knew it was our church home. This church is on fire for Christ. The people are amazing, the life groups are engaging and my faith has grown exponentially since coming here. Highly recommend!
