Maxine Strayer Tim Caster did a wonderful job as our mobile auto repair guy. He was very polite and courteous. It was so convenient. Tim kept close phone contact with us during this repair job we needed done so desperately. We are so happy with his work. Mobile mechanics rock!! He did the repairs in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to call him again if needed ☺️

Jiggy Lowgo This review is way overdue but well deserved. I brought my classic Cadillac to Main St Harrells Automotive in 2023. I was having fuel injections problems and their mechanic suggested that I convert the fuel injection to a carburetor. They took all that old FI crap out and replaced it with a Edelbrock carburetor. Not only does the car run a lot better the engine is relieved of all that excess FI crap and the engine looks way better. They did a great job! NOT SURE WHY BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TO DO A 2ND SEPERATE REVIEW, SO IM ADDING A PART 2. August 2024 I took my Cadillac to a un-named local repair shop to have a new AC installed. After the mechanic installed the AC and charged the system it appeared to be working fine but as I was driving home the AC quit and I smelled electrical smoke. I immediately took the car back and he made some adjustment and re-charged the system again, and once again it appeared to be working fine. This time as I was driving home the AC quit again and there was actual smoke coming from under my hood. The AC clutch ceased up. Again I immediately turned around and went back to this shop. The mechanic put the blame on the AC compressor, he said the compressor was faulty. This clown would not refund me for the part nor the labor. Expensive lesson learned! So the next time I had my AC installed I decided to call the experts at Harrells Main St Auto. I dropped my Cadillac off and they thoroughly check over the AC system, installed the compressor, charged it up and had is running by the next day. I picked it up and drove it from Lakeland to Tampa and the AC was nice and cool the whole time. I dont know why I didnt go to Harrell in the first place. Great job again guys!

Mandy Bartlett We have used this mechanic for several issues with our sons car - everything from oil changes to a catalytic converter. Always on time, great communication, more than fair pricing. We live 2 hours away and its such a relief to have a reliable trustworthy mechanic that we can call on from a distance.

Fils Steeve “Steeve” I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair, and it turned into a nightmare. Not only did the issue not get fixed properly, but the mechanic also tried to blame the problem on me. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After paying a hefty bill, my car still had the same issue, and I had to take it somewhere else to get it properly diagnosed and repaired. Total waste of time and money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Kaitlyn Fox I took my car to Maurice’s for work after an auto accident that I was rear-ended in and the liable driver’s insurance worked with the shop. The entire process was made very easy from start to finish, I was informed the entire time and my car was returned within a week. When I got my car back it looked better than before I bought it, it was VERY clean - inside and out as well as tires shined! I could not be happier and will definitely be back if I ever (unfortunately) need a body shop again!

Priscilla Hover Back again, excellent and professional service. Tony explained everything that was needed to be fixed on our VW and was quick to respond back to my questions. It was fixed within a day. Very happy with our experience. Our VW CC was leaking oil. Called and they were able to diagnose the issue right away. They also worked with our extended warranty policy and got our car fixed. Definitely will be back when needed and glad we do not have to go to the dealership

micah baca Jose and his crew were awesome. My car had a transmission check engine code. He diagnosed the problem and found my transaxle seal was leaking. He pulled the axle and found out the axle was the problem. He had my car fixed that day for a great price. Jose and his crew go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend services from Joses Auto Repair and Performance.

Grace Gale Ajax is my go-to spot for help with my hybrid (something it requires often...) and they are awesome! Everyone there is very polite, they are transparent about their prices from the get-go, the prices are always reasonable, and theyve worked around my schedule with me to make sure I can drop off and pick up my car without having to take a day off of work. Overall, great reliable people who quickly figure out whats wrong and how to fix it.
