Bag TalkCo The Cancer Center care staff always goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. They were attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel supported and well taken care of throughout my short stays. Thank you! I don’t remember everyone name but the few people that goes above & beyond for me is Nurse Alyssa, Nurse Rhonnie Nurse celeste, & Nurse Missy. these nurses are the Best!! They never miss my vein when doing my IV, and I’m a very Hard Stick! I’m so used to have multiple sticks just to get my Iv in my arm but with them I always feel so comfortable! Also I want to extend my Thanks to Mrs. Claire Auxiliary Volunteer for the snack carts & last but certainly not Least the techs named Tech Britney, Tech Karena , & Tech Mani “KT or TK” that’s his nickname I’m not sure his real name & I don’t want to get it wrong. There’s one more person Tess is a musician w/ a Ukulele I love when she goes around singing & teaching us to play. Anyway These guys at the cancer center are always incredibly supportive and compassionate. They provide top-notch medical care and emotional support every time!. I always feel truly cared for and grateful for their expertise and kindness.

Korie Mitchell There are not enough good things I could say about Dr. Jarrard and his team. From the moment I met him to the present day, I do not think I have met a more compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding surgeon. He has always taken great care to answer any questions I have had. Prior to surgery he calmed my nerves and gave clear updates to my mom as she waited for me on surgery day. He has amazing bed side manner and is quick to get you seen about if things seem to be going sideways. The team he has created is one of the best run that I have come across. I mean, I absolutely adore EVERYONE from the PA to the MA! I have never been the type to get excited going to follow up doctors visits but I am ALWAYS so happy to go see Dr. Jarrard! If you have him as an option for surgery, TAKE HIM! He is not just your surgeon for a day, he is your surgeon for life.

Damita Nix I waited 10 years for a doctor to say okay lets get the proper testing done and then well get a surgery date set. Dr. Parker was that surgeon for me. A couple of days after testing results. my surgery was a success. I can now bend down with out experiencing pain. Thanks Dr. Parker and Staff for doing as I asked as the patient and what you wanted as the Dr. I will be suggesting others to reach out to you all. Believe it!! Thanks again.

Shaw From My second review of Dr. Bouchard. Ive been a longtime patient and still see him while I live about 3 hours away. After having his thorough, courteous and excellent diagnostic care, I could not be satisfied elsewhere. As I have had medical training in footcare management, I know what makes an excellent internist. Dr. Bouchard checks all the boxes !

April NeSmith Amazing! Very patient, kind, knowledgeable and has an amazing sense of humor. The most important thing is he is not fooled by meddling troubling family members. He was able to read my body language when he was asking questions in front of my toxic family. Most doctors would have missed all of that.

The Clarksons More on this later. In 2 years the care Dr J has provided is great. Just don’t expect to EVER get a referral or prescription. Again this has been ongoing for over 2 years. The below are just a couple of examples of what I am speaking about. September 23 we took a trip to Alaska. I got really bad COVID. I called the office, left messages, expressed urgency, and repeated this numerous times. I used their portal to report the same asking for Paxlovid, relaying where we would be, and giving two phone numbers to reach me. Never responded. Thought I would die. January of this year I was about out of medication for gout. Over the course of 2 weeks between Publix and I we contacted them over a dozen times. Nothing. Finally after being told I could go pick it up, and not being so, I got a message from an admin that said “I sent it” The next day I went and got it. This week I needed another RX. Called it in to Publix. Checked the next day NOTHING. Called the doctor. They sent a note to the medical team. Today nothing. I called Jiandani again. The lady was great. Said she would send it with urgency. I called and complained to TMH. They got on it. The RX got sent in. I got an unbelievable response from Mary Dixon in the docs admin group. “First, we have not received an electronic request of any sort from Publix about your Doxepin. Secondly, according to our records, you shouldnt need a refill until March 11, 2025….” How does that help and what am I supposed to do about it. That is between the doctor and Publix. I literal can do nothing about that. Might have made her feel good but come on. Tomorrow will be an interesting day. Again care is great. Admin is beyond awful.

Jessica Veloza I have not been here as a patient, but I have been working here as a provider since June, 2024 and I have a lot of positive things to say about this clinic. We have great Medical Assistants who are fast and efficient, kind and caring. We are able to draw your blood in office so you dont have to go to an outside lab and sit in a packed lobby for a long wait. We have an X-ray machine, which can also save visits to outside places when needed. We have 30 min and longer scheduled visits with patients, so we are able to sit down and actually listen and try to get to the bottom of your concerns. We are not rushing in and out in 3 minutes, not listening to the patient. We also have a whole team of people from our front desk staff, to our referral specialist, to our leadership, and more who are dedicated, caring, genuinely kind and hard working members of this team. NO PLACE IS PERFECT. We all know that our medical system in the USA has MANY challenges. But, I can attest to the fact that in this clinic we care and are doing our very best to provide the best possible care to our patients. I think google reviews are interesting in that many people only take the time to write them when they are upset about something. I wish more people would write reviews about their positive experiences so that someone trying to make a decision about what services to choose would have a clearer, and more realistic picture of what MOST peoples experiences with the service are.

Deidre B2 As a new patient of Dr. Gamble, I now have hope again that there are medical professions that take their oath seriously. She has provide me with the best experience so far within a 5 year span and dealing with an auto-immune discovery. My anxiety and stress has lowered and I know that’s partially due to Dr. Gamble. Her Nurse Practitioner was awesome too! They both “listen” to your concerns with care and empathy, which until now, I thought was a thing of the past! I pray that her practice continues to operate in this manner so that others can have the same experience!
