5 /5 Jody D: After 30 something years of being afraid of Dentists, and suffering dental issues, I found this office. The most CARING, COMPASSIONATE staff from the Dentist, the dental assistants, the hygienist, office manager, the front desk! I had 6 teeth extracted and 7 crowns and I cant begin to tell you how well they ALL took care of me. I will NEVER stray from good oral care again!!

5 /5 Charlotte Burton: I have been seeing Dr Asadi for almost 5 years and find him and the entire staff to be very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff are attentive, courteous and friendly. Dr Asadi listens to concerns, puts one at ease and is very compassionate. He truly is a dentist who cares about his patients and practices his profession with a high degree of knowledge and empathy. I cannot recommend highly enough. Charlotte B

1 /5 stephani embry: **update. Corporate “handled” it with no communication for a measly $535 which doesn’t even cover one procedure after I had three done. I called the melbourne office and got hung up by Nadine. Then called the Merritt island office and there’s nothing they can do. No one has corporates phone number either. This is criminal behavior and theft. I’m out over $5000 and they sent me a check for less than 10%. This Company is a disgrace I have been promised a refund after services were not rendered appropriately since 10/2023. I have called consistently. I even submitted receipts from another dental office totaling $3557.00 for the cost to repair what had been done. Someone from corporate named Jeff was handling my situation and kept telling me it’s under review and I haven’t gotten a response set since August of 2024. Nadine in the office has made feel feel so small by criticizing my inability to afford care as quickly as she thinks I should have it. She is also the one who never put my refund notes in for 8 months after the incident. I even called her December of 2023 asking about the refund and she told me it would be 8weeks. (She still never submitted anything) I would not recommend this office to anyone. In the last 2 weeks I have called three times and no resolution except “corporate has it now”. .

5 /5 karen councell: The staffs are so nice and accommodating. The dentist is so good. I didnt feel so much pain unlike the other dental clinic I went first.
