Carol DeLugo Finding a skilled, talented hair stylist can be difficult enough.... but finding one who is extremely talented AND truly LISTENS to her customer... that is a rare combination indeed. However, anyone who has been fortunate enough to call Erin, owner and head Stylist at Salon in the Heights, their hairdresser, knows that Erin is a master with all hair types AND she listens to what her customer wants or envisions. She also is able to make realistic recommendations about hairstyles that both flatter and fit the customer’s lifestyle. Salon in the Heights is an intimate and comfortable space, where you can relax and recharge and feel pampered! From the moment you walk in you will know you’ve come to a salon where you will be taken care of! I give Erin and her new salon 10 gold stars! I’ve trusted my tresses to Erin for about 10 years now and I’d go nowhere else!!!

Donna Gosbee Love this place! Treva is a genius at color/highlights/trim! And Patsy does a wonderful job on my Moms short permed hair. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and listens to what the customer wants. Highly recommend!

Linda Roark Holly does my nails beautifully. Everyone in the building are friendly.

Tom Fairley I called and scheduled for my wife to get her hair done here, they were able to fit her in same day and Jessica did an amazing job on her coloring. Since, she has been back several times for blowouts by the other ladies. Clearly, I had some help on the vocabulary here but if shes happy, Im happy. 5 Stars

Jodi Mastin Kristin is an amazing stylist. She turned my nightmare hair into soft, silky layers after a bad highlight from another stylist. She is a miracle worker. I have already booked my next two appointments and can’t wait to see those results also. Emily Winfree Tara (nails) is an absolute angel. She took my nail game to the next level after a terrible experience at a different salon. Tara listens to what I’m wanting and works to make my dreams a realistic and sustainable reality. Amazing products, phenomenal environment, beautiful results, and stunning human being. I could not possibly recommend more 35/10. Abby (hair) is also AMAZING. She listened. She suggested. She HEARD me and acknowledged my own hair journey. I walked in with a Pinterest board and somehow walked out with something way better than I could have even imagined. I am thrilled to continue my hair journey with Abby and cannot wait to see what the future holds for my hair!

Sawyer Wright Lauren saved my hair! I went from my hair being three different Colors to it looking revived. She made the experience so amazing, we both know it takes time, but in the end, it turned out so great!

Julia Crow Updated Review! 05/23/24. I got some new extensions put in by Jenine. She is amazing as always. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even exceeded the vision I had. My extensions are beautiful. She did a beautiful color job. I love love love Jenine and her work. Worth every penny and more. I can’t say enough good things about Jenine! I got IBE extensions put in by another stylist at a different salon. I was very unhappy with the installation so I came to Next Level Salon for a fix. Jenine was amazing. I couldn’t have been more happy with the installment. She is very knowledgeable. She listens to your wants while also keeping the integrity of your hair in mind!

Kara Cardona Janie has been my stylist for over a year. She does excellent color and works to ensure you are fully satisfied with the service you receive.
