Over the last 3 years, Dr. Varela and his team have provided the best dental care I have ever received by far. The staff truly cares about their patients. They are honest, knowledgeable, and take the time to personalize your care. They also answer any questions you have in depth and give professional recommendations to improve your dental health. The staff is friendly and has excellent attention to detail. They always greet me by name when I walk in the door and remember details about my care. I’m seen promptly every time for my appointments in less than 5 minutes. The appointment itself always takes less than an hour, usually around 30 minutes.
They also go above and beyond and take a holistic approach to care, which is something I have never experienced at any other clinic. In one of my very first appointments with Dr. Varela, he identified a failing filling that another dentist had missed. I had even brought the discoloration to the previous dentist’s attention, which he dismissed as “normal.” Dr. Varela replaced the filling with a crown promptly.
During another appointment, Dr. Varela and his team identified a tooth that was in the beginning stages of enamel decay. Instead of waiting and watching the tooth and charging me for a filling later, his team confidently said, “We can reverse that naturally.” They prescribed a toothpaste that I used for several months. At my next follow-up appointment, the enamel remineralized and the decay was completely reversed. I had no idea this was even possible before receiving care at CMV. They take a preventative approach and will never try to deceive you into paying for services that you do not need. They truly respect and value their patients and it shows.
If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further. As long as I live in Orlando, I will never go to another dentist. My dental health is stable and the best it has ever been thanks to this incredible team!
