Pam Whaley Third time for me is a charm!!! I can’t express how happy I am with Dr. Alvarez & the whole team! After trying 2 other Drs at Casa I experienced an immediate welcome difference from previous offices. I have been cared for, listened too and treated with respect since day 1. Everyone is professional, caring, direct & down to earth. The care is excellent and at Casa like nowhere else I’ve ever been I feel that I am whole person with an important role in treatment planning. Referrals are also given with confidence, honesty and care. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!!

Bry BEES Creative Co I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.

Angela Hodges The staff is very friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments. Dr. Hanrahan and her PA found unknown heath conditions I had on my first visit with them. I now have an Oncologist and Endocrinologist who keeps Dr Hanrahan informed of my treatments and she ensures my overall health is kept up to date. I am now healthy again and cancer free. Had I not seen Dr Hanrahan and her PA I would never had known about the hidden illnesses and my well-being would be entirely different.

Robert D This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. Its an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason Ive stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable. Ive switched offices and so much happier with another Dr.

Patricia I find all my Baycare doctors to be top notch. Dr Svetlana Enman has been my PC for a number of years and hopefully for all my remaining years (Im 82). All my medical information is available on screen to all my Baycare doctors - this gives me 100% confidence that Baycare doctors are aware of my total health conditions and can communicate easily between themselves, and make the best assessments regarding my health. Carly Muzzy My family member was sent his for a short recovery before getting in to a clinical trial, and during the 7 days he was here, his care was exceptional. Everyone from the wound care team, the PT/OT staff and his case manager- Evan, moved heaven and earth for us to ensure everything was handled in the best way possible due to our short stay. We cant thank them enough! Highly recommend :)

Drea Dr. Czerwinski is the best pediatrician I’ve had my daughter seen by. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, leaves no boxes unchecked and explains everything in detail so we, as parents, understand all of it. My husband and I were having trouble with another pediatricians office, and Dr. C validated our concerns for a second opinion and she and Evara staff got us in the next morning. That, for a parent, is incredibly meaningful and gives me such peace of mind. Knowing she and Evara staff have that level of compassion is so impactful for a young family like ours and I’m so grateful I got word of Dr. C when I did. My baby girl is healthy again and in great hands if anything takes a turn. Thank you for your care Dr. C, Evara healthcare and front desk staff.

Jayne Dowdy Dr. Sharma and Dr. Moondra as well as his PA Rebetti are all awesome! First meeting with Dr. Moondra, he came in and went over history without looking at notes. Read it once and rememered all of it! Have had some trouble with office staff getting the proper information to insurance in a timely manner which caused a procedure to be denied and delayed 2 weeks, but did ultimately get great care from the providers.
