HeavyD I have been going to Dr Kay for years. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. They have been very accommodating in every instance. In 2020, Dr Kay diagnosed me with an issue that I didnt think was a problem. In fact it required surgery that probably saved my life. Then COVID hit and the surgery was delayed. I got really worried but the surgeon worked with me and we were able to reset the appointment.

Patricia Tiggett Dr. Sanjay Madan is incredibly thorough and takes the time to listen and address concerns with care. He is professional, encouraging, and truly dedicated to his patients. His follow-through is excellent, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. The staff is also wonderful-friendly, efficient, and supportive. Highly recommend!

Gary Jones Dr. Rovin has operated on my heart. He is so knowledgeable and very experienced on very hard cases. He is also classy in his demeanor and ability to deal with people and their many problems.

Monica Woodbury Im going to say this is a great hospital, Ive been to a few. My top places are this one and Kendall regional. These two places have really helped me. When others didnt. Most hospitals when you go in they treat you like your seeking. Ive almost died, due to dental. Kendall saved my life. I had bottom Dental, and Bayside helped me by actually taking care of me. They gave me great fluid antibiotics and got me through 3 weeks till I could get teeth pulled. My surgeon ended up being kind of a butcher with no bed side mater. Didnt look into the antibiotics I was taking before hand. I had a infection starting to rage. I went back to Bayside. They kicked it with strong Antibiotics, and gave me stronger pills to get me through the major pain and healed up. . I truly want to say thank you for being caring and actually knowledgeable, and not treating everyone like they are seekers. Great job. But probably you guys should know pharmacies are being compete aholes, they apparently dont believe in pain meds anymore. Dental pain can make you put a gun to your Head. Thank you for saving my life. ..

Judy Munoz Something good must of happened. The staff that is there now. Is 100 times better then before. Thing are moving much quicker. The staff I more respectful, happier. The lab department staff was on fire in a good way. We will be back again for more blood work again. Keep up the blessings you have to help us.

Colleen Fraker Megan (PA) and the team were wonderful. I appreciate the patience and concern while trying to discern what is causing my disabled daughter so much pain since she in non verbal. I think they did everything that could be done and let me know to return if symptoms continued to escalate. We discussed some known and unknown causes that gave me more info to take to the specialists to discuss. I love that.
