Paola Torre Just had repairs done on my Nissan pathfinder, they did a great job. The process went so smooth working with the insurance company and Caliber. The service rep Paola, was great at communicating with us and keeping us updated throughout the repair process. My car was ready to be picked up on the date they promised. Raymond Carulli First time customer, Mercedes Benz had an air suspension failure, was quoted $2300 to replace both rear air bladders. Picked up the car next day and charged $1595 and told I was given a discount because the job was completed quickly and without problems. Dealership price would have been at least $4000. Never met these folks before, and I have no dog in this hunt. Simply feel obligated to acknowledge to anyone interested that this is a repair shop to be trusted to do good work at a fair price, even when they didn’t have to. Thanks, Domenic. Ray C.

David Conkle Just left Franks. Had a leaking broke hose. Dropped it off this morning. Picked it up at closing. Great job,fair price. I will go back. My brakes are better then before the leak. Go figure. Thanks Gil!!!

Stephen Allison Pinnacle Auto is an awesome shop, and cant recommend any place else to go. Brian is very knowledgable and honest. I have been using his shop for a LONG time and every time I go, my experience is DYNAMITE!! If YOUR vehicle has some issues or just needs general maintenance, then THIS is the shop to go to!

Joe Was cheaper than any other repair shops with better warr. Curtis was great to deal with was very caring on making sure my truck was done properly and with no troubles He stayed in touch and even sent pictures to keep me updated I traveled from ft pierce a 30 min ride to get it fixed there was definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend them They also repaired my fathers car a few yrs ago also did a great job. That’s why I drive out of my way. Great job Curtis and also the tech

B L I needed a new alternator for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After some problems trying to fix it myself I was referred to Brad. He got right to the issue. It’s a long story but he even ended up sorting it out with the store I bought a COUPLE bad alternators from. Way above and beyond and also very honest. The guy who had been working on my cars for years just retired so I’m glad to have found a new place I can rely on
